The friendly rules for using Charmpond and buying a license.

Who we are
Charmpond is made by Zuziverse, Udumalpet, India ("we"). By using the app or buying a license, you agree to these terms.
What you buy
Each plan is a one-time payment (prices include any applicable taxes) for a personal license key, for you, on your own devices. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
This season unlocks the pond and the current season's pack. Later packs stay locked unless you upgrade. Forever unlocks the pond and every seasonal pack, current and future, for as long as we make Charmpond. A Friends pack is three Forever keys, one for each of three people.
The Forever price goes up on the dates shown on our site. A price change never affects what you've already bought.
Referrals
A friend who buys with your referral link gets ₹20 off, and you get an exclusive outfit. Referral rewards have no cash value.
"As long as we make Charmpond" means just that: if we ever stop, the packs you already have keep working, but new ones stop coming.
Please don't
Share or resell your license key (Friends pack keys are meant to be given to friends, one each), or remove the license check, or use Charmpond to break the law.
Not an Anthropic product
Charmpond works with Claude Code but is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic.
No guarantees
Charmpond is a calm companion, not a monitoring tool. We provide it as it is, without warranties, and it may get things wrong (an agent shown napping might be busy). Don't rely on it for anything important. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.
Luck
Seasonal packs are about feeling festive. They don't promise luck, success or anything else.
Refunds
All sales are final, except as set out in our refund policy. Please try the live demo before you buy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Udumalpet have jurisdiction.
