All sales are final. If something goes wrong with your payment or your key, we'll make it right.

Try before you buy

Charmpond costs a small one-time amount, and the live demo on our site lets you play with it first. Because of that, purchases aren't refundable just for changing your mind.

When we do refund

We refund in full if:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged for a payment that failed;
• your license key never arrived and we can't send it to you; or
• your key doesn't work and we can't fix it.

Email [email protected] with the email you paid with or your payment reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

There's no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel. You pay once.

Bought This season and want Forever? Write to us and pay only the difference.
