Short version: Charmpond runs on your computer and keeps what it sees there. We only hold what we need to sell you a license.

What the app reads

Charmpond reads the Claude Code session logs in ~/.claude/projects on your own computer, so it can show each agent as a critter. It only reads them, never changes them, and never sends them anywhere. Your settings are saved on your computer in ~/.agent-pond/prefs.json.

The app has no analytics, no tracking and no account. It talks only to your own computer (localhost).

When you buy

Payments are handled by Razorpay. They collect your payment details; we never see your card, UPI or bank details. From them we receive your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, the amount, and a payment reference.

Your email is written into your license key so it stays yours, and we use it to reply when you write to us. We don't sell it, share it, or send marketing unless you ask to hear from us.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads. Our host, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How long we keep things

We keep purchase records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, so we can reissue lost keys and handle refunds. Ask us to delete anything else at any time.
