Paste your Razorpay payment ID and you get the very same key back.

Where's my payment ID?

• In the receipt email from Razorpay, next to "Payment ID".
• In the SMS Razorpay or your bank sent, if it shows a reference starting with pay_.
• In your UPI app's transaction details, under the merchant reference, for some apps.

Can't find it? Write to us with the email you paid with. Something wrong with the payment itself? See refunds.

Is this safe?

Your key has your email inside it and is tied to your payment. We don't keep a copy anywhere: it's rebuilt from the payment each time you ask. A refunded payment no longer gives a key.
